Dr. Chavkin was born and raised in Plainview, N.Y., and attended the State University of Buffalo, where he earned his undergraduate degree in environmental studies. He continued his education and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Buffalo in 2000. Dr. Chavkin then began his residency at SUNY Downstate/Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Soon after, he joined the practice of Colacicco and Tulman in 2006, and eventually, All County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery emerged with state-of-the-art technology and advancements.
Although Dr. Chavkin practices all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery, he has a particular affinity for bone augmentation and implantology.
